When we think about bees, we often focus on their hard work. But bees also understand something equally important: caring for themselves and the hive.
Worker bees spend time grooming themselves and one another, removing dust, debris, and unwanted pests that could threaten their health.
This simple behavior helps keep the colony strong and functioning at its best.
There is a lesson here for us.
Self-care doesn't have to be complicated.
Sometimes it's as simple as getting enough rest, taking a walk, talking with a friend, or creating a few moments of quiet in a busy day.
Just as bees maintain their well-being through small daily habits, we can strengthen our own resilience by caring for ourselves consistently.
š Bee Wisdom:Ā Taking care of yourself isn't stepping away from your purposeāit's preparing yourself to live it more fully.
